Designr is a Copenhagen-based web design studio that works with ambitious Danish brands, founders and creators, delivering websites across Framer, Webflow, WordPress and Shopify. The studio needed a site that practised what it preached: a bold first impression, modern interactions and a frictionless path from first visit to “Start a project”. The brief covered art direction, web design and a full Framer build.
The audience was two-sided: business owners deciding whether to trust a studio with their website, and the founders and creators the studio most wanted to attract. The site had to feel premium and confident without tipping into agency cliché, and it had to make the studio’s process, services and results legible within a single scroll.
The approach
The art direction leaned on a warm red-orange palette against deep blacks, with large editorial type and a showreel placed high on the page so the work speaks before the copy does. Every section was designed around a single job: the hero states the promise, a marquee of principles sets the tone, featured projects prove it, services and testimonials remove doubt, and an FAQ answers the questions that usually stall a decision.
In Framer, the build focused on motion that supports reading rather than decorating it: text reveals on scroll, image movement in the design highlights section, a live local-time clock in the header and a persistent “Start a project” call to action. The site is fully CMS-driven so the studio can add projects, testimonials and FAQs without touching the design.
The outcome
Designr launched with a site that positions the studio as a premium partner for Danish brands: memorable on first load, fast, and structured to convert. The featured-projects and testimonials sections give prospects the social proof they look for, while the CMS keeps the site current as the studio’s portfolio grows.
